We accept returns, but only for 14 days from the time you receive your purchase. Please send us a detailed e-mail about why you want to return your software to washcd@washingtoncd.net. You'll receive either an e-mail or a phone call (if you leave your number) within 72 hours, sooner in most cases. For all other problems, please contact the technical support service that's listed on your software. 
Please install your software as soon as you can. We don't accept returns after 14 days from delivery.
